Memorial Hermann announces Operational Changes, Reminders and Resources for the Health Plan

Changes:

Member or Employee Level Membership Changes

Effective April 1, 2018 all member or employee level changes will need to be make using the Employee Enrollment form and emailed to MHHPGroupmaintenance@memorialhermann.org

Reminders:

2018 Billing Changes effective January 1st 2018

Effective January 2018 Bill Invoice Production Date moved from the 10th of the month to the 18th of the month. The due dates and the length of our grace period remains the same. Adjustments must be submitted by the 15th of the month to be recognized in the current billing cycle.

All ACH Payments will be processed on the first of the month they are due.

Small Group PPO Eligibility
